House rules & cancellation policy
So everyone feels at home, and you know exactly what applies before you book.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, and for no-shows, the full booking amount is due. What counts is the date we receive your written cancellation (email is fine).
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 4:00 pm (easy self check-in). Check-out by 11:00 am. Different times gladly on request, subject to availability.
House rules
- Registered guests only. No unannounced visitors or overnight guests without prior agreement.
- Treat the home with care. Please look after the apartment and report any damage right away. Guests are liable for damage they cause.
- No smoking or open flames indoors. Smoking outside only, using the ashtray provided. No candles, fire bowls or charcoal grills.
- Pets by prior arrangement. Dogs/cats up to 25 kg or 55 cm shoulder height by prior notice only: not left alone, on a lead outdoors, not on beds/sofas (unless a protective cover is used). Owners are liable. Regular dog fee: CHF 40 (Loft) or CHF 50 (Gallery), per dog and stay. Unregistered pets: fee from CHF 150.
- Quiet hours. Please be considerate of the neighbours: quiet hours from 10:00 pm, plus a midday quiet time from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. Our village is pleasantly quiet anyway.
- Occupancy. Depending on the apartment: Louisa’s Loft up to 5 guests, Louisa’s Gallery up to 6 guests, the whole house (both apartments together) up to 11 guests, each plus 1 baby/toddler in a travel cot. The booked apartment applies.
- Keys & access. Loss or damage of keys / the locking system may incur replacement costs. Access to guest areas only.
- Safety. Please do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers or escape routes.
- Sports equipment. Please store skis, sledges etc. only in the designated room, not in the apartment.
- Furnishings. Please do not remove furniture or equipment or permanently rearrange it.
- Heating. Preset (20.5 °C by day / 18.5 °C at night), please do not adjust.
- Waste. Please dispose of waste according to local rules; nothing that damages the plumbing in the toilet.
- EV charging. There is no charging station; charging from a household socket is not permitted.
- Liability. We accept no liability for injury, loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
